What is ViCards?

Is the app free for users?
Yes, the ViCards app is completely free for end users. Charges apply only to partner companies using the admin panel.
How do we join as a partner company?
Get in touch through the contact form or write to kontakt@vicards.com. We will help you pick the right plan and set up your loyalty programme.
Can I keep cards from several companies in one app?
Yes, and that is one of the main points of ViCards. You can collect points and stamps at many partners without installing separate apps.
What is an emergency (ICE) card?
ICE stands for In Case of Emergency — a card with the most important medical details and emergency contacts, available to the emergency services when they are needed.
Is my data safe?
Yes. We follow the highest security standards. Data is encrypted and processed in line with the GDPR. There is more about this in our privacy policy.
