The smartest tag
in the world

A tag on your customer’s keyring collects points at your shop, keeps the repair history of their car and lets a finder return lost keys — without giving anyone the owner’s address.

One card, three uses

Why your customer wants a tag on their keys

Each use works on its own. Together they give a reason not to leave the card in a drawer.

Points for every visit

Scanning the code at the till adds points to the card. The customer sees the balance in the app, you see it in the panel — together with the transaction history and the expiry date of the points.

Lost keys come back

The finder scans the code and leaves a message. The owner gets a notification, and their address and phone number stay hidden.

Car service book

The workshop adds a repair with photos and mileage. The history stays with the car even when the customer changes workshop or sells it.

For workshops and service points

A car history your customer cannot lose

A paper booklet disappears with the car once it is sold on. A ViCards entry stays — and with it the name of the workshop that made it. At the next service the customer knows where to come back to.

  • An entry with mileage, description, cost and photos — up to twenty per repair.
  • The customer comments on the entry in the app, you reply from the panel.
  • The service reminder goes out on its own — by date or by mileage.
Getting started

Three steps from a box of cards to the first point

01

The cards arrive

You order a pool of cards with your company logo. The codes are already generated and assigned — nothing has to be typed in by hand.

02

The customer clips the card to their keys

They register it with the code or a scan — and decide themselves whether to give contact details or stay anonymous.

03

You scan it at every visit

With a phone or a reader. Points, a service entry and a message to the customer — from one screen.

You pay for cards, not for access

The panel, the app and the service book are in every plan. The difference is the number of cards and the ways you can reach your customers.
